Elite Wellhead Services establishes annual quality objectives relevant to the conformity of products and services and communicates these objectives throughout the organization and to any relevant external stakeholders. These objectives create a clear understanding of the how the organization will reach its quality goals and are achieved by focusing on the customer and effectively carrying out the following:
Quality Products
Elite Wellhead Solutions measures this objective by annually identifying the total number of non-conforming products and services. Our objective is to have less than 10 nonconformance’s directly associated with an onsite client operation.
Quality Services
Elite Wellhead Solutions measures this objective by annually identifying the total number of Non-Productive and/or Downtime incidents on client locations. Our objective is to maintain less than 10 incidents annually.
Customer Satisfaction
Elite Wellhead Solutions measures this objective by annually reviewing customer surveys. Our objective is to maintain an overall 4 – 5 Star rating.
